Printing with high printing rate or using strongly-curved media can cause a head rub.
Changing the head height may allow you to avoid the head rub.
Follow the procedure below to change the head height.

A feeding length depends on media types. The following or similar results may be seen in prints.

In such cases, follow the procedure below and adjust the media feed compensation value for the feeding length.
