Set up the media width from the loading mark to the left end if media detection is not performed when initializing the media.

Display the detected media width if media detection is performed when initializing the media.

Origin

Set the beginning of printing (origin) of the printing data.

CR Movement

Set up the range to move the print head while printing.

Overwrite Cnt

Overwrite Wait

Set up the waiting time while overwrite printing.

Slant Check

Set up the slanting detection while loading the media.

Auto Cleaning

Set up the auto cleaning time while printing.

Ink Status

Display information (ink status) of ink cartridge that installed to ink cartridge slot.

Roll Length

Set up the roll media length.

Head Wash

Perform head cleaning.

Clean the cleaning wiper.

Initialization

The setting value of the printer is returned to default.

Temporary

5.1.1.1 User media menu

Various settings on the user media can be set.
Each setting of the following printing operation is set 30 settings in the User media menu as Type 1 to 30.

•

If media other than recommended one (user media) is used, the following problems may occur.

•	Media detection error
•	Slant, snag and wrinkle of media
•	Media jams
•	Favorable printing quality cannot be obtained due to blots, blurs and dirt of ink.
•	End detection of roll media cannot be performed, etc.

The problems caused by the use of user media will not be covered by the warranty and repair expenses will be paid by the customer.
