7 Troubleshooting

This chapter describes possible troubles during the use of this product and countermeasures.

If the error not included in any items of this section occurs, refer to "7.2 Error messages and contact MUTOH local dealer.

When you receive product service within the warranty period, prepare the warranty certificate. If the warranty certificate is not presented, the product is not included in the warranty and service will be charged for.
If you have signed a maintenance service contract, prepare that or a similar document.
